Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time. During holidays, promotions or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take longer.
Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown where available and may vary by product, destination and fulfilment partner. As a general guide, domestic delivery may take approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch. Some products may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent by email, SMS or another contact method used during checkout. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to begin showing movement after dispatch.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of courier disruptions, weather, address issues, public holidays, customs or other circumstances outside Trendzy's reasonable control.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins.
Lost, returned or marked-delivered parcels
If a parcel appears delayed, lost, returned to sender or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order number. We will review the available tracking information and help determine the next step.
